This paper explores the integration of real-time data analytics in enhancing customer experience in e-commerce, focusing on personalization, dynamic pricing, inventory management, and customer support. We examine the key techniques and technologies driving this shift, including predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and sentiment analysis. Through case studies, we highlight the practical applications of real-time data and its effectiveness in improving customer satisfaction and retention. Finally, we discuss the challenges faced by businesses in implementing real-time analytics and the future prospects of this technology in the e-commerce sector.
