Financial inclusion is a key socioeconomic objective that ensures individuals and businesses can access formal financial services to support economic growth and financial security. Despite improvements in banking infrastructure, many people remain excluded from traditional banking due to geographical, economic, and social barriers. The rapid growth of mobile communication technologies has enabled mobile banking services to address these challenges by providing convenient access to financial services through mobile devices. Mobile banking allows users to perform transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, access savings, and receive financial information anytime and anywhere. It has significantly improved financial access for unbanked and underbanked populations, particularly in rural and remote areas, while reducing dependence on physical banking infrastructure and operational costs. This study examines the role of mobile banking technologies in promoting financial inclusion by analyzing their impact on accessibility, transaction efficiency, customer satisfaction, and economic participation. A literature review identifies key technological, economic, and social factors influencing mobile banking adoption, while a conceptual framework evaluates its contribution to accessibility, affordability, convenience, and security. The findings indicate that mobile banking enhances financial access, reduces transaction costs, improves financial literacy, and empowers marginalized communities. The study concludes that mobile banking is a transformative tool for inclusive financial development, though continued technological innovation, supportive regulations, infrastructure investment, and digital literacy initiatives are essential for maximizing its benefits.
