Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and robotic process automation (RPA) are transforming digital workforce management by enabling intelligent task allocation, predictive workforce planning, and automated workflow execution. This study proposes an AI-driven framework that integrates data analytics, automation, and decision support to optimize workforce productivity and resource utilization. Machine learning predicts workload and performance trends, while intelligent automation reduces repetitive tasks and human errors. Results demonstrate improved operational efficiency, faster decision-making, and enhanced organizational productivity. The study also highlights key challenges, including data privacy, ethical AI adoption, and workforce adaptation, providing a comprehensive framework for building scalable and intelligent digital workforce ecosystems.
