  • Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed consumer behavior in global markets. In the post-digital era, consumers interact with brands through integrated digital and physical channels, driven by AI-powered personalization, social commerce, mobile platforms, and omnichannel experiences. This study examines the factors influencing consumer behavior, including digital trust, personalized recommendations, social media influence, omnichannel shopping, and customer engagement. Using a descriptive research approach based on secondary data from academic journals, industry reports, and previous studies, the research analyzes how technological innovations affect consumer decision-making. The findings reveal that consumers increasingly value convenience, transparency, personalization, and interactive shopping experiences. AI and big data analytics enhance customer relationships through tailored recommendations and predictive services, while social media strongly influences product perceptions and purchase intentions. Additionally, omnichannel retailing has emerged as a critical factor in delivering seamless customer experiences. The study concludes that the post-digital marketplace is a dynamic environment where technology, consumer psychology, and innovation continuously evolve. Organizations that successfully integrate digital technologies with customer-centric strategies are more likely to achieve sustainable competitive advantages. These findings provide valuable insights for marketers, business leaders, and policymakers adapting to changing consumer expectations.
