  • Abstract

    Social commerce is rapidly transforming online retail by integrating social media, AI, mobile technologies, digital payments, and personalized recommendations. Emerging markets are driving this growth through increasing internet access, smartphone adoption, and digital entrepreneurship. Despite challenges such as cybersecurity, privacy, logistics, and regulatory issues, AI-driven personalization, influencer marketing, and secure payment systems significantly improve customer engagement, business performance, and platform growth. This study proposes a framework that examines the impact of digital infrastructure, consumer trust, AI adoption, and business innovation on social commerce success, providing strategic recommendations for sustainable and inclusive digital commerce in emerging economies.
