In this fast-changing world of digital transformation, firms are spending more and more cash to upgrade their corporate UIs for better user experience, operational efficiency and business agility. Traditional web applications based on legacy technology generally do not satisfy the requirements of modern-day requirements including responsiveness, scalability, maintainability and seamless user experience. Organizations are adopting modern frontend frameworks heavily focused on digital transformation that enable faster development, reusable components and improved performance of applications. Angular and React are increasingly being used for building dynamic, scalable and user-centric enterprise applications. Angular is a complete framework which gives the ability to build enterprise scale apps. React is a component-based technology that can efficiently render high-performance user interfaces. The increasing popularity of such solutions attests to a need for innovative frontends solutions that can cater to complex enterprise needs. Hybrid cloud infrastructures are reshaping how enterprises install and manage apps. Hybrid cloud designs that combine on-premises infrastructure with public and private cloud services give organizations more flexibility, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. In this paper we discuss the significance of Angular and React for updating enterprise UIs for hybrid cloud platforms, and we highlight the benefits they provide for improving application performance, maintainability, and user engagement. The research is meant to analyze the adaptability of the frameworks to the huge scale business extension and to study their integration in the hybrid cloud environments. The approach is comparative and implementation-oriented. It is related to architectural study, framework evaluation and analysis of deployment processes in hybrid cloud systems. Results reveal that Angular and React provide major improvements in the modernization of the frontend with modular development, faster user interactions, and scalable application architectures. The hybrid cloud deployment choices also offer the essential flexibility of infrastructure to suit the current enterprise applications. This research offers practical advice and architectural recommendations for organizations looking to modernize legacy user interfaces and adopt scalable, cloud-enabled front-end solutions that fit their long-term digital transformation objectives.
