  • Abstract

    Public libraries are undergoing digital transformation by adopting technologies such as ICT, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, digital repositories, and mobile services to improve information access and user engagement. This shift helps libraries meet the growing demand for anytime, anywhere access to digital resources. The study proposes a Digital Public Library Transformation Framework that integrates digital infrastructure, intelligent services, and user-centered knowledge delivery. Results show that digitally transformed libraries improve information accessibility, service efficiency, resource utilization, and digital literacy. The findings highlight that digital technologies are essential for maintaining the relevance, sustainability, and effectiveness of public libraries in the Information Age.
