International Journal of Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation (IJAIDT) charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts to support editorial processing, peer review management, digital publication, website maintenance, and archiving services. Submission of manuscripts is free, and charges apply only after acceptance of the article.

 

The APC of an article is 77 USD ($) / 77 EUR (€) for international authors. The Article Processing Charge covers peer review management, editorial processing, formatting, online publication, and digital archiving services.

 

Authors are requested to complete the APC payment only after receiving the official acceptance notification from the journal. APC is mandatory for publishing your article.

 

Authors are requested to complete the payment process within the stipulated time to avoid delays in publication.

 

Once the payment is confirmed, the manuscript will proceed to copyediting, formatting, and final publication stages.

 

APC payments are generally non-refundable after publication processing has commenced.

 

In special cases, partial waivers or concessions may be considered at the discretion of the editorial office.
