Rapid digital transformation and evolving regulatory requirements have exposed the limitations of traditional compliance models, which rely on periodic, post-transaction manual reviews and centralized governance. To overcome these constraints, this paper proposes an end-to-end embedded compliance architecture that integrates regulatory controls directly into cloud-native, microservices-driven FinTech software instead of treating compliance as an afterthought. Grounded in Design Science Research, the proposed framework leverages policy-as-code engines, API-driven governance, distributed audit repositories, immutable event logging, and continuous monitoring to enforce compliance dynamically at each stage of transaction processing without refactoring core application code. By shifting regulatory validation into DevSecOps pipelines and software delivery workflows, the architecture achieves continuous compliance validation, reduces policy violations, and eliminates manual review bottlenecks. Comparative evaluations demonstrate that this RegTech blueprint drastically enhances policy enforcement consistency, operational resilience, and audit readiness while preserving business agility and system scalability for modern financial ecosystems.
