The retail industry has transformed from traditional brick-and-mortar stores to digitally connected ecosystems, driving the adoption of omnichannel retailing. By integrating physical stores, online platforms, mobile applications, and social media into a unified system, omnichannel strategies provide consistent customer experiences while improving operational efficiency. Retailers increasingly utilize technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, big data analytics, machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), and predictive analytics to enable personalized services, optimize inventory, and strengthen supply chain management. This paper proposes an AI-enabled omnichannel retail framework that integrates customer interaction channels, centralized data management, analytics, recommendation systems, inventory synchronization, and order fulfillment within a single ecosystem. The methodology includes customer data collection, preprocessing, channel integration, AI-driven recommendation generation, and performance evaluation using key business metrics. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed framework significantly improves customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, sales conversion, customer retention, and revenue growth compared with conventional retail strategies. The findings establish omnichannel retailing as a key strategy for achieving sustainable competitive advantage and long-term business growth.
