Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI, IoT, cloud computing, and cyber-physical systems, are transforming warehouse operations through intelligent robotic material handling. Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), robotic manipulators, and AI-driven analytics enable real-time inventory management, adaptive navigation, and efficient task scheduling while reducing human intervention. The proposed framework integrates distributed sensing, AI-based path planning, fleet coordination, reinforcement learning, and predictive analytics to optimize warehouse performance by minimizing travel distance, energy consumption, and operational delays. Experimental evaluation demonstrates improvements in robot utilization, order accuracy, throughput, and scalability compared with conventional warehouse automation systems. The framework provides a scalable foundation for next-generation smart warehouses and autonomous logistics.
