The modern web requires applications that deliver great performance, scale effortlessly, and provide smooth user interactions to effectively fulfill changing business and user demands. Angular is now one of the leading frameworks for enterprise applications mainly because of its component-based architecture that, coupled with its maintainability and rich ecosystem, makes it really appealing. However, with the increase in size and complexity of applications, the issues related to managing the application state, handling the asynchronous operations, and maintaining or even improving the performance become very real challenges. This paper seeks to find out in what ways can NgRx and Reactive Programming be used in constructing high-performance Angular applications. NgRx is a powerful tool that brings order and predictability to state management through a clearly defined process of actions, reducers, selectors, and effects. This, in turn, helps developers to keep a single truth across the whole application. Reactive Programming is a style of programming that's all about reacting to changes and events in your data streams and user interface interactions. It's made possible by RxJS which provides an excellent way for dealing with asynchronous data flows. The main objective is to understand how these two technologies affect not only the capacity of an application to handle growth and changes in terms of functionality but also how easy it is to maintain and the overall level of performance delivered by the application. The method of research is qualitative and it consists mainly of the analysis and synthesis of the existing body of literature, gathering information about the best industry practices as well as examining patterns of Angular implementation leading to the recognition of the most suitable techniques and solutions. According to the results, the combined use of NgRx and reactive programming has positive ramifications on the maintenance of state conformity, the refactoring of source codes, the inquiry of code movement, and the dissolution of the complexity inherent in large-scale application development.
