Author Guidelines

Online Submission

Manuscripts must be written clearly and concisely in English. Authors may submit their papers in LaTeX (preferred) or MS Word format through the online submission system. All submitted papers will undergo an initial screening followed by peer review. The review process typically takes 4–8 weeks.

Terms of Submission

  • Manuscripts must be original and not previously published, except as part of a thesis, abstract, or academic lecture.
  • The paper must not be under review by any other journal.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors approve the submission.
  • Institutional approval must be obtained where required.
  • The official date of submission is the date acknowledged by the editorial office.
  • Authors agree that manuscripts may be edited for clarity and readability.

Peer Review

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts are reviewed by independent experts, and reviewer identities remain confidential. Only manuscripts meeting high standards of academic contribution and originality will be considered for publication.

Title and Authorship Information

Each manuscript must include:

  • Full paper title
  • Full names of all authors
  • Complete institutional affiliations
  • Corresponding author’s email address

Abstract

An abstract of up to 200 words must be included. It must be:

  • Self-contained and citation-free
  • Written in the third person
  • Clear and concise

Abstract types:

Review Articles

Unstructured abstract.

Clinical/Research Studies

Structured abstract (≤ 250 words) with:
Background – Objectives – Methods – Results – Conclusions

Laboratory Studies & Technical Papers

Short structured abstract with:
Background – Methods – Results – Conclusions

Short Communications & Case Reports

Unstructured abstract (≤ 150 words)

Keywords

Authors must include five keywords, listed in alphabetical order, for indexing purposes.

Releases & Permissions

If copyrighted materials are used, authors must obtain and provide written permission from copyright holders.
Permissions must also be provided for unpublished data and personal communications where applicable.

Manuscript Text Requirements

  • Only MS Word, LaTeX, or RTF files are accepted.
  • Manuscripts must undergo spell check and grammar check before submission.
  • Poorly written papers will be rejected without review.
  • Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in rejection and a permanent ban from WCRG journals.
  • Use correct scientific symbols and consistent notation throughout the manuscript.
  • Main sections should follow this sequence:
    Introduction – Methods – Results – Discussion – Acknowledgements – References

Headings & Formatting

  • Sections: 1, 2, 3… (Times New Roman, 14pt, bold)
  • Subsections: 1.1, 1.2… (12pt, bold)
  • Sub-subsections: (10pt, bold)
  • Use consistent capitalization and formatting throughout the article.

Figures, Tables, Photos & Equations

  • Figures, tables, and corresponding text must appear on the same or next page.
  • Images must be high-resolution and clear.
  • Avoid unnecessary photos and maintain consistency in graphic software used.
  • Figures must be labeled as Fig.1, Fig.2, etc., with captions below.
  • Tables must be labeled as Table 1, Table 2, etc., with captions above.
  • Figures and tables must be centered and properly sized.
  • Avoid importing low-quality images or graphics copied from other publications.

Main Results

Papers must highlight original contributions, supported by:

  • Theoretical analysis
  • Simulations
  • Experimental validation (preferred)
  • Comparisons with relevant literature

Do not present previously known results as new contributions.

Conclusion

Conclusions should clearly summarize key findings without repeating the abstract or introduction. Focus on novelty, impact, and future work.

Acknowledgments

Acknowledge individuals or organizations that contributed to the work. Mention grant funding if applicable.

References

  • Use Arabic numerals in square brackets: [1], [2], [3]…
  • List references in the order they are cited.
  • Include 10–20 relevant references.
  • Do not copy text from references without quotes.
  • Format:
    Journal Articles: Initials. Last name, Title, Journal, Volume(Issue), Year, Pages.
    Books: Initials. Last name, Book Title, Publisher, Year.
    Book Chapters: Initials. Last name, Chapter Title, Book Title, Pages, Year.
    Online Sources: Author/Organization, Title, URL, Accessed date.

Proofs

Authors must return corrected proofs within 2–3 days of receipt to avoid delays in publication.

Copyright Notice

Authors retain copyright but grant WCRG journals the right of first publication.
The work is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY), allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper citation.

Authors may also:

  • Archive published versions in institutional repositories
  • Share the final published article with acknowledgment of initial publication in WCRG journals
