Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems nowadays act as the core of the operations in the organizations, providing a source of an integrated point enabling the business to not only streamline the customer touchpoints and other processes but also to use data more efficiently and to enhance the decision-making process from a strategic perspective. As the organizations increase their dependence on these systems, the productivity of the workforce has become a very important aspect to not only influence the overall performance of the organization but also to maintain competitiveness. However, the mere implementation of a CRM platform does not necessarily lead to better results; in fact, the success of such systems is to a significant extent determined by the adequacy of the training and enabling of the staff that uses them. Therefore, this paper ventures into the link between CRM training and workforce productivity, focusing on the role of structured learning, continuous support, and user-centric enablement strategies. Even though the previous studies have shown the technical and operational advantages of CRM systems in general, this field lacks studies oriented towards how precisely training sessions will generate the improvement of the employee's efficiency, their engagement levels, and overall performance. To that end, the study will combine two principal methodologies, the first being the qualitative technique of an in-depth employee interview and the second being the quantitative method of measuring changes in productivity pre- and post-CRM training. Results indicate that those organizations that have committed to the extensive CRM training regimen have witnessed the rise in the level of task completion within the time allocated, the quality of data entered, and the boost of employees' morale, which altogether has resulted in increased customer satisfaction and realization of business goals.
